Acceptance

Governing Law & Class Action Waiver
All disputes between you and FactJournal shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You do not have the right to bring any claim as a plaintiff or member of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from these Terms. Both parties acknowledge this as an appropriate forum that shall not cause undue hardship to either party.
Assignment
You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of FactJournal. FactJournal may freely assign its rights and obligations without limitation.
Termination
You may terminate your relationship with FactJournal at any time by ceasing to use the Website. Our use and collection of your information following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
FactJournal may terminate the rights granted to you under these Terms by notifying you or applying measures to restrict your access. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, any breach of these Terms.
The Terms in effect at the date of termination shall continue to apply to your prior use of the Website. The sections on Content and Ownership, Limited Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Termination survive any termination regardless of reason.
